Cleaning Accuquilt Dies

I like sewing with die-cut pieces because they are more accurate than my rotary cutting, no matter how hard I try to ge accurate. After cutting a bunch of triangles, this die needed some cleanup. This is how it looked after I dug out all the stuck bits.

At a quilt show last year, there was a vendor selling those sticky rollers that you clean with soap and water and then they’re sticky again and ready to use. They are great for cleaning up the dies and my ironing board when it gets lots of threads on it.

Here’s the die after running the sticky roller over it. Good as new.
