These are two images of my February block. The bird for February’s block was supposed to look like the one on the left. I liked the colors more than the bluebird that was substituted by the presenters, but it doesn’t look good with the flowers and foliage I made. The bluebird on the right looks better. I’ll keep the green bird. He may turn up as a lost bird somewhere on the quilt.
Everyone’s blocks displayed. It appears one person was catching up with the Oriole.
Someone else added some embroidery to the center of her flowers.
The Robin was presented as the next block.

I rather like the little green bird – it reminds me of little firecrests over here – which are one of our tiniest birds.
Am enjoying seeing the blocks and the little worm made me smile!
